On May 15, 2003 Hotel "Morskoy Vokzal" was opened after reconstruction. Today it offers 62 Single Rooms, 64 Double Rooms, 4 Suites, a Restaurant, a Conference Complex, Cafe, Business Center, parking, bowling club, sauna and, certainly, high service level.
"Morskoy Vokzal" hotel, a comfortable international-level hotel, is located in the historical centre of Saint- Petersburg in Vasilyevsky Island, on the coast of the Gulf of Finland. It is located in the modern building of Sea Passenger Terminal which makes the impression of a sailing vessel standing on water. The snow-white cruise liners and crying of the seagulls, perfect panoramic view of the Gulf make one feel the romantic appeal of sea.
The rooms of "Morskoy Vokzal" hotel overlook the Gulf of Finland, Lenexpo Exhibition Centre, and also the small park located near the hotel entrance. Thanks to the fact that all rooms of the hotel are located on 7th floor, trees do not hide the beautiful views from the windows in automne. |

Travel from Pulkovo Airport to the Hotel «Morskoy Vokzal Hotel» will take 30 minutes.
From Moscow and Finland Railway Stations - about 20 minutes.
From Baltic, Warsaw and Vitebsk Railway Stations - about 40 minutes.
The nearest underground stations: "Vasileostrovskaya", "Primorskaya".

The hotel is situated not far from the Conference Venue. All single and double rooms were renovated in 2003, finely equipped, and offer all necessary facilities: a TV, one or two beds, combined bathroom facility with a bath, phone connections with city and international telephone lines.
Cozy, truly home atmosphere is created by professional designers and achieved by application of warm beige tones of high quality decoration materials, soft carpets and modern furniture.

Prices are indicated in RUR per room per night including breakfast and tax. Hotel accommodation is offered by the special bid.
Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00.
If you want to stay for a few hours after check out time (till 24:00) or to check in before 14:00 you should pay extra half price of one night stay in the hotel.
If two participants want to live in a Twin room (with two separate beds), ONLY ONE of them should book it and write in the comments box of the "Hotel Accommodation" section the name of his/her room-fellow.
PLEASE NOTE:
The option of booking a shared place in a double room is available only if your room-fellow stay for the same period of time.
Please send us e-mail with this information. We will change the room category “Double” to “Place in Double” and halve the price.
Agency may guarantee accommodation on preliminary basis in selected hotel within the period October 18 – 23, 2009.
Deadline for sending request for "Morskoy Vokzal" hotel accommodation is September 15, 2009.
The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before September 21, 2009 in order to have guaranteed accommodation. To find more information about the payment procedure see "Payments section".
The hotel reservation will be confirmed as soon as the 100% prepayment has been received.

For cancellations received before September 21, 2009 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs) after the ending of the Conference.
In case of cancellation received on and after September 22, 2009 or no show, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed after the ending of the Conference.
