Call for abstracts

Dear participants, abstract submission is extended till September 4, 2017.


Abstracts shuould be uploaded in your personal area.

Option of abstract submission will be open ONLY AFTER registration.
By submitting the abstract, author agrees to pay the registration fee, attend the conference, and present the data as scheduled.

Abstracts are accepted in the following sections:

- Session I     Challenges of modern vaccinology
- Session II    Novel vaccine modalities  
- Session III   Emerging and re-emerging microbial threats  
- Session IV    Cancer vaccines and immunotherapies 
- Session V     Adjuvants & delivery
- Session VI    Biotechnologies in vaccine development
- Session VII   Vaccine-related research

Abstracts are considered official communications to the conference and will be reviewed by independent experts confidentially. Decision on the acceptance of an abstract for oral or poster presentation will be made by the board of experts. Authors will be notified of the board decision by September 10, 2017.

Abstract requirements

For submissions of the regular delegates (template):

Abstracts should be typed in Times New Roman, size 11 and contain the following components:
• Title (not more than 150 characters with spaces);
• Authors (surname, name), indicate the corresponding author;
• Affiliations for all authors;
• Background: a concise statement of the issue under investigation or a hypothesis;
• Materials & Methods: the experimental methods used (including the statistical analyses employed);
• Results: specific findings;
• Conclusions: a summary of findings that are supported by your results (statistical analyses used to support the conclusions);
• Acknowledgements, references to publications (max 3).
No tables, no graphs! Length of the text (without title, authors' names, affiliations) is limited to 500 words.


For keynote lectors:
Abstracts should be typed in Times New Roman, size 11 and contain the following components:
• Title (is not more than 150 characters with spaces);
• Authors (surname, name), indicate the corresponding author;
• Affiliations for all authors;
• Background: describe the importance of the revised field of research;
• Aim(s): subject of the review;
• Topics overviewed: short description of the overviewed topics; own findings of the author in this context;
• Conclusions: resume of the progressed achieved so far and perspectives for teh development.
Length of the text (without title, authors' names, affiliations) is limited to 500 words.

In case you need to make any corrections to the abstract text, please delete your abstract, make corrections and submit the abstract again. Confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated upon registration. You can look through or delete your submitted abstracts at the page "MY ABSTRACTS".
