German-Russian Graduate Student Research School on
"Hydrogen Bonding and Proton Transfer"
The Research School is organized by Free University of Berlin, Germany and St.-Petersburg State University, Russia. The financial support is provided by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) and St.-Petersburg State University.
Graduate and Post-Graduate Students from all countries are welcome to take part in the School.
The Graduate School will start on Saturday, September 1st, after a lunch and will finish on Sunday, September 2nd, just before the conference get-together party.
The main aim of this interdisciplinary workshop is to initiate direct discussions between young researchers and to allow graduate students to present their own results in short oral communications.
The School fee is 100 ˆ. The organizing committee will provide the financial support for a limited number of participants. Please contact us if you would need the financial support.

The scientific program of the Research School will consist of four sections:
1. Isolated hydrogen bonded complexes
2. Hydrogen bond networks
3. Hydrogen bond interactions in interfaces
4. Functional hydrogen bonds in biomolecules
The program of the School includes oral presentations only (20 min. for presentation and 5 min. for discussion). The number of the oral presentations is limited. All accepted abstracts will be included in the proceedings of the "Horizons in Hydrogen Bond Research" conference.
Abstract of your presentation should be submitted via internet in the certain section of this web site. Please indicate the scientific section in which your presentation should be included.
Working language of the Research School is English.
We are looking forward to meeting you in St. Petersburg in September 2007!
